My Projects

  • Langton's ant

The Langton's ant is a cellular automaton where most of the squares in the grid are white or black and the ant's square can take on eight different states, encoding both its color and the direction of the ant.

  • Line Follower Robot and Obstacle Detector Project

The project of a line-following robot with obstacle avoidance is part of the embedded programming course. The goal is to design and program a robot that can follow a black line drawn on the ground while detecting and avoiding obstacles in its path. This project puts into practice the concepts of electronics, embedded programming and motor control.

  • Offshore Leak

Application of python concepts (Seaborn, Pandas, Mathplotlib, Scipy) to data science with country studies.

  • Application Qt + Web API

IP address geolocation application using a graphical interface developed with PyQt5 and a RESTful API server in FastAPI. The server interacts with the Shodan API to retrieve geolocation information, such as the organization, country, latitude, and longitude of a given IP address. The user enters the IP address and an API key into the client application, which then sends a request to the server. The results are displayed directly on the user interface, providing a simple and effective solution for visualizing geolocation data.

  • Bot Discord

Development of a bot for the Discord platform, designed to automatically interact with users on a Discord server by responding to specific commands, moderating discussions, and handling various administrative tasks. The bot includes logging functionality to record events and errors in log files, making it easier to track activities and diagnose issues.

  • Interactive GDP Bar Chart Visualization with D3.js

This project is an interactive bar chart visualization built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the D3.js library. It visualizes U.S. GDP data by dynamically generating axes and bars based on the dataset provided. Each bar represents a specific time period, with its height corresponding to the GDP value. The chart includes interactive tooltips that display detailed information when hovering over each bar. The project adheres to FreeCodeCamp's technical requirements, ensuring proper alignment and functionality through the use of D3's axis and tick features. The result is a fully functional, visually appealing bar chart.

  • Cyclist Performance Scatterplot with D3.js

This project is an interactive scatterplot graph built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the D3.js library. It visualizes cycling performance data, with each point representing a specific cyclist's performance across different years. The scatterplot includes dynamic axes generated using D3.js, ensuring proper alignment of data points. Interactive tooltips provide detailed information when hovering over each point, enhancing user experience. The project follows FreeCodeCamp's guidelines to meet all functional and visual requirements, resulting in an engaging and precise data visualization.

  • Global Temperature Heat Map with D3.js

This project is an interactive heat map built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and D3.js to visualize global temperature changes over time. The heat map represents temperature variations across different years and months, with each cell color-coded to indicate the corresponding temperature. The chart includes axes, a dynamic legend with multiple color scales, and tooltips that display detailed information when hovering over specific areas. The project meets FreeCodeCamp's technical requirements, ensuring proper alignment of elements and creating a visually intuitive representation of historical temperature data.

  • U.S. Education Choropleth Map with D3.js

This project is an interactive choropleth map built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and D3.js to visualize U.S. education data by county. The map displays different counties with color-coded shading based on the percentage of adults with a bachelor's degree or higher. The project includes a dynamic legend, multiple color scales, and interactive tooltips that reveal detailed information when hovering over specific counties. It adheres to FreeCodeCamp's technical requirements, ensuring proper alignment of map elements and providing a visually informative representation of the educational attainment across the U.S.

  • Treemap Visualization of Video Game Sales (or Movie Sales, or Kickstarter Data)

This project is an interactive treemap diagram built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and D3.js. The treemap visualizes hierarchical data such as video game sales, movie box office earnings, or Kickstarter pledges. Each rectangle represents a category or item, and its size corresponds to its value, offering a clear visual representation of the dataset. The diagram includes a dynamic legend with multiple color scales and tooltips that provide additional information when hovering over specific areas. The project adheres to FreeCodeCamp's technical guidelines, creating a fully functional and engaging data visualization.

  • Bias analysis on a recommendation engine

This project aims to analyze and mitigate biases in a recommendation engine, a crucial issue in the field of artificial intelligence. We have developed an interactive application that visualizes biases in a recommendation system and proposes solutions to reduce them. The project leverages skills in machine learning, databases, and visualization. The final objective is to create an intuitive user interface to present recommendations and bias analyses.
